Dan Eckerman

Dan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the overall success of the organization and making top-level managerial decisions. He manages overall operations and leads the development and execution of long and short term strategies, creating and implementing the Company’s vision. Bachelor of Science, Construction Management University of Wisconsin - Madison.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Cheryl Schuyler

Responsible for assisting the CEO in strategic leadership helping provide management and vision for growth and operating efficiency. Responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department, monitoring accounting data, producing financial and job costing reports and coordination of annual audits. Cheryl’s experience comes from over 24 years working in the General Construction industry; performing a multitude of job functions from executive assistant, marketing, IT, human resources, project coordination, and accounting. Cheryl’s organizational skills and leadership abilities foster a success-oriented environment within the company and ensure the day-to-day efficiency of the business.

Architectural Design

Our design staff strives to create unique and efficient designs tailored to our clients vision and budget. Designs that have balance in all elements, creating spaces that engage.

Architectural Drafter

Jorge Chinos

Jorge is a Waukesha County Technical College graduate with an associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting/Construction Technology and obtains several years of experience doing custom work in residential design. He is responsible for providing top-notch drawings and blueprints for remodels/additions or new home construction.  His attention to detail gives Ware the advantage above its competitors and ensures every client’s vision is properly illustrated on paper.

Project Management

Responsible for individual project management and involved in every phase of the project from pre-construction services, budgeting and cost estimating, value engineering, bid management, construction administration and project closeout.

Larry Zilske

Larry brings over 34 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a talented project manager focused on process improvement and on-time delivery of all projects. His responsibilities include tracking work quality, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances. He is intuitive, creative and imaginative with the ability to stay focused on the “big picture” while maintaining attention to detail has made him a great asset to the Ware team clients.

Joe Pulczinski

Joe brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include tracking work quality, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization has made him a great asset to the Ware team. Clients appreciate his ability to manage a project from conception through construction while offering value engineering options to maintain the project budget and stay on schedule.

Nick Fischer

Nick brings 8 years of residential project management experience and 3 years as a warranty coordinator in new construction. He prides himself in keeping projects on budget and on schedule. Preventive maintenance and efficiency are just some of Nick's main focuses which make him a valuable asset to the Ware team.

Casey Weishapple

Casey’s degree in communication combined with her professional involvement with new home construction and remodeling creates a remarkably enjoyable experience for her clients. She pairs these skills with her love for design in order to create a client’s dream home. Her depth of knowledge in furniture, flooring, countertop, and tile design has helped hone her skills in designing flow and functionality for your home.

Jorie Mozal

Jorie is a creative who believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform daily life. She joins Ware Design Build as an interior designer with over 4 years of field experience and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Interior Design is not just a career for Jorie – it is a passion. She strives to create unique interiors that exceed client expectations and positively impact their lives. With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach, Jorie has proven herself as an innovative and skilled designer. She remains committed to cultivating valued relationships and helping clients reach the best version of their overall vision. Jorie brings a balance of creativity, collaboration, and forward-thinking coupled with a structured, organized and detailed mentality to each project.

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Alyssa Tucker

Alyssa is a student at Waukesha County Technical College working towards an associate’s degree in Interior Design with a focus in residential design. She is responsible for assisting Ware designers to bring together design boards, renderings, and finish samples for remodels, additions, and new home construction. Her drive to provide the best experience to the client is what makes the design process smooth and successful.

Superintendents

Responsible for overall project supervision and daily job site management. Responsible for all aspects of on-site construction management; coordination of subcontractors, planning and scheduling work, deliveries, shop drawings and field dimensions, and project closeout.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Justin Bronikowski

Justin has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He has a keen eye for attention to detail and will do whatever it takes to give the customer exactly what they what. Justin is certified in asbestos and lead abatement, personal safety protective equipment and fall protection, heavy-lift operation and is OSHA-10 certified.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Jeff Lichty

Jeff has been in the construction industry for 28 years both in residential and commercial construction in all phases from pre-planning to final move in. Jeff’s strengths are building strong client and subcontractor relationships. He strives to exceed every client’s expectations while staying on schedule and within budget. Jeff holds his State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor license and is OSHA-10 certified.

Administrative Support

Responsible for providing professional administrative support to the entire team. Assists Architectural Design Team, Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines and schedules. Perform all general office administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, copying and scanning documents.

OFFICE MANAGER

Hilary Soika

Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, and schedules. Ensures the communication of project information to staff is concise and accurate and project deadlines and budgets are being met. Generates subcontracts, work orders, job cost reports, change orders and invoices for clients in coordination with the Project Managers. Oversees the preparation of project closeout documents and O&M manuals.

Office Mascot

Responsible for companionship and love. Oversees the overall mood and creative process. She also cleans up the crumbs and facilitates the social interaction between us humans.

MASCOT

Mya

Mya is a rescue dog from Houston as a result of Hurricane Harvey in 2017.  All of the rescue shelters in Houston were cleared out to make room for the rescue animals from the hurricane, and Mya was sent to the Waukesha Humane Society where she was rescued by Dan Eckerman.  Mya comes to the office every day and her favorite spot is in front of the fireplace.
