Cheryl’s experience comes from over 24 years working in the General Construction industry; performing a multitude of job functions from executive assistant, marketing, IT, human resources, project coordination and accounting. Cheryl’s organizational skills and leadership abilities foster a success oriented environment within the company and ensure the day-to-day efficiency of the business.

Alex has a passion for finding unique and creative solutions to architectural design problems. He has a B.S. of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Has been work in the residential design industry for 7 years and has overseen the design of 100s of homes on the production and custom side. He is currently in the process of becoming a licensed Architect
Jorge is a Waukesha County Technical College graduate with an associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting/Construction Technology and obtains several years of experience doing custom work in residential design. He is responsible for providing top notch drawings and blueprints for remodels/additions or new home construction. His attention to detail gives Ware the advantage above its competitors and ensures every client’s vision is properly illustrated on paper.
Responsible for individual project management and involved in every phase of the project from pre-construction services, budgeting and cost estimating, value engineering, bid management, construction administration and project closeout.
Jim brings over 15 years of experience in Project Management in the Real Esate Design and Construction Industry. His responsibilities include tracking work quality, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances. Working Directly with Owners and General Contractors, Jim has consistently led his team to successfully complete projects on time and at budget.
Joe brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include tracking work quality, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization has made him a great asset to the Ware team. Clients appreciate his ability to manage a project from conception through construction while offering value engineering options to maintain project budget and stay on schedule.

With a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Tina Olson has been involved with design in San Francisco, LA, Washington, Milwaukee, and Dubai for the past 19 years. Her hunger for complex emotional experiences with objects of function drives her to seek out the unique and unexpected. Raised with an entrepreneurial spirit, Tina strives to push what design can do, not just through its products, but through the composition and efficacy of the industry itself.
Tiffany has over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She attended International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago excelling in classes such as color theory, textiles, and marketing before getting a Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing degree from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She holds a Wisconsin real estate license and just completed building her own custom home. Her experiences in real estate, management, sales, fashion merchandising, and marketing brings an assortment of skills to assist the Interior Designers. Tiffany also runs and manages our social media platforms.
Responsible for overall project supervision and daily job site management. Responsible for all aspects of on-site construction management; coordination of subcontractors, planning and scheduling work, deliveries, shop drawings and field dimensions, and project closeout.
Justin has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He has a keen eye for attention to detail and will do whatever it takes to give the customer exactly what they what. Justin is certified in asbestos and lead abatement, personal safety protective equipment and fall protection, heavy lift operation and is OSHA-10 certified.
Jeff has been in the construction industry for 28 years both in residential and commercial construction in all phases from pre-planning to final move in. Jeff’s strengths are building strong client and subcontractor relationships. He strives to exceed every client’s expectations while staying on schedule and within budget. Jeff holds his State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor license and is OSHA-10 certified.
Responsible for providing professional administrative support to the entire team. Assists Architectural Design Team, Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines and schedules. Perform all general office administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, copying and scanning documents.
Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines and schedules. Ensures the communication of project information to staff is concise and accurate and project deadlines and budgets are being met. Generates subcontracts, work orders, job cost reports, change orders and invoices for clients in coordination with the Project Managers. Oversees the preparation of project closeout documents and O&M manuals.
Responsible for companionship and love. Oversees the overall mood and creative process. She also cleans up the crumbs and facilitates the social interaction between us humans.
Mya is a rescue dog from Houston as a result of Hurricane Harvey in 2017. All of the rescue shelters in Houston were cleared out to make room for the rescue animals from the hurricane, and Mya was sent to the Waukesha Humane Society where she was rescued by Dan Eckerman. Mya comes to the office every day and her favorite spot is in front of the fireplace.
