Executive Team

PRESIDENT
Dan Eckerman
Dan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the overall success of the organization and making top-level managerial decisions. He manages overall operations and leads the development and execution of long and short term strategies, creating and implementing the Company’s vision. Bachelor of Science, Construction Management University of Wisconsin - Madison.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Cheryl Schuyler
Responsible for assisting the CEO in strategic leadership helping provide management and vision for growth and operating efficiency. Responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department, monitoring accounting data, producing financial and job costing reports, and coordination of annual audits. Cheryl’s experience comes from over 29 years working in the General Construction industry; performing a multitude of job functions from executive assistant, marketing, IT, human resources, project coordination, and accounting. Cheryl’s organizational skills and leadership abilities foster a success-oriented environment within the company and ensure the day-to-day efficiency of the business.

Architectural Drafter
Jorge Chinos
Jorge is a Waukesha County Technical College graduate with an associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting/Construction Technology. He has 8 years of residential design experience. Jorge’s primary role is providing architectural design and space planning tailored to every client. He is responsible for producing drawings and blueprints for remodels/additions, and new home construction. Jorge also provides 3D visuals and illustrations to ensure no detail is overlooked. His client-centered approach provides every client the opportunity to be involved every step of the way, which makes the design process all the more enjoyable.

Nicholas Teresi
Project Management
Responsible for individual project management and involved in every phase of the project from pre-construction services, budgeting and cost estimating, value engineering, bid management, construction administration and project closeout.
PROJECT MANAGER
Larry Zilske
Larry brings over 38 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a talented project manager focused on process improvement and on-time delivery of all projects. His responsibilities include tracking work quality, monitoring construction progress, securing permits, and budgeting site finances. He is intuitive, creative, and imaginative with the ability to stay focused on the “big picture” while maintaining attention to detail has made him a great asset to the Ware team clients.
PROJECT MANAGER
Tyler Foster
Tyler joined the Ware team with 10 years of construction experience spanning several different trades. During that time, he learned HVAC, roofing & siding, custom woodworking, and carpentry. Tyler has developed strong leadership skills through his lifelong commitment to playing team sports. For Tyler, determination is key…with hard work and the right mindset, anything is possible.

Jorie Mozal
Superintendents
Responsible for overall project supervision and daily job site management. Responsible for all aspects of on-site construction management; coordination of subcontractors, planning and scheduling work, deliveries, shop drawings and field dimensions, and project closeout.
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Justin Bronikowski
Justin has been in the construction industry for 21 years. He has a keen eye for attention to detail and will do whatever it takes to give the customer exactly what they what. Justin is certified in asbestos and lead abatement, personal safety protective equipment and fall protection, heavy-lift operation, and is OSHA-10 certified.
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Dave Garlock
Dave has been in the carpentry business for over 30 years in all phases from planning to the final move-in. Dave strives to build a strong client and subcontractor relationship. His goal is to make the project fun and memorable for the clients. Dave is a perfectionist and strives to keep his jobs on time and within budget.
Administrative Support
Responsible for providing professional administrative support to the entire team. Assists Architectural Design Team, Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines and schedules. Perform all general office administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, copying and scanning documents.
OFFICE MANAGER
Hilary Soika
Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, and schedules. Ensures the communication of project information to staff is concise and accurate and project deadlines and budgets are being met. Generates subcontracts, work orders, job cost reports, change orders and invoices for clients in coordination with the Project Managers. Oversees the preparation of project closeout documents and O&M manuals.
Office Mascot
Responsible for companionship and love. Oversees the overall mood and creative process. She also cleans up the crumbs and facilitates the social interaction between us humans.
MASCOT
Mya
Mya is a rescue dog from Houston as a result of Hurricane Harvey in 2017. All of the rescue shelters in Houston were cleared out to make room for the rescue animals from the hurricane, and Mya was sent to the Waukesha Humane Society where she was rescued by Dan Eckerman. Mya comes to the office every day and her favorite spot is in front of the fireplace.
